Updates to the fifth edition of the SiteMinder Partner Awards
As in prior years, the 2025 awards will feature two categories, Excellence and Performance, with the Performance awards being expanded to hand out specific regional awards and also reward SiteMinder’s reseller partners.
Each of the awards has its own unique qualities and reflect the dynamic nature of SiteMinder’s platform, making winners feel truly accomplished.
Winners for Excellence awards will be decided by an astute panel of judges from within the industry, while the Performance awards will be won via a voting and points system.

Hotelier’s Choice Partner of the Year
Recognises the partner who has earned the most votes from hoteliers for providing outstanding products or services that significantly enhance a hotel’s ability to deliver great guest experiences, operational efficiency, and overall satisfaction. This award reflects partners’ ability to meet the unique needs and demands of the hospitality industry.
Revenue Partner of the Year
Awarded to the partner who has demonstrated exceptional performance in generating revenue and driving business growth for their customers and clients. This award recognises partners who excel in delivering measurable results and maximising profitability through strategic collaborations and innovative tactics.

Awarded to the best performing PMS Partner, measured on a points-based criteria.
Expert Partner of the Year
Awarded to the best performing Expert Partner, measured on a points-based criteria.
In 2025, regional awards will be presented to partners in ANZ, Asia, the Americas, and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).
App Partner of the Year
Awarded to the best performing App Partner, measured on a points-based criteria.
Distribution Partner of the Year
Awarded to the best performing Distribution Partner, measured on growth of active hotels.
